hi i’m jasmine
Hi, I’m Jasmine! My fitness journey began long before I became a trainer. Growing up as an athlete, I developed a deep love for sports and movement. It was through this passion that I pursued a degree in Exercise Science, graduating in 2016, and soon after, I became a certified Personal Trainer.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how problematic the fitness industry can be—especially for women. It’s often too focused on the external, but I believe fitness is about so much more than how you look. It’s about how you feel, how you perform, and, most importantly, how you become healthier. That’s why I’m here: to help you reach your fitness goals in a way that’s not only sustainable but empowering.
I’m not your typical “drill sergeant” trainer. I take a more personalized approach, meeting you exactly where you are. I learn about your personality and create a plan that fits your needs, helping you get out of your comfort zone without rushing the process. Fitness isn’t a race; it’s a journey—and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
